All platforms require WebRTC support, which all modern browsers have. Safari may have limited functionality on some platforms due to stricter privacy policies.
Desktop OS Requirements
Windows
Windows 10 or later recommended. Windows 7/8 may work but some platforms may show reduced functionality or security warnings.
macOS
macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or later recommended. Safari requires user permission for camera access. Chrome and Firefox work on macOS without issues.
Linux
Most distributions work with Chrome or Firefox. Some platforms may have issues with certain distros due to WebRTC implementation variations.
Mobile App Availability
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
All platforms work in Safari and Chrome on iOS. No native iOS apps from major platforms except Ome.tv which has limited functionality.

Troubleshooting Compatibility Issues
Camera not working
Check browser permissions (Settings > Privacy > Camera). Ensure no other app is using the camera. Try a different browser.
Video quality is poor
Close other bandwidth-heavy applications. Try a wired connection instead of WiFi. Reduce video quality settings in the platform.
Connection drops

Platform blocked on corporate network
Video chat platforms may be blocked on restricted networks. Try using a VPN (if allowed) or switch to a different network.
